About Nick
I am a freelance AEA Stage Manager from North Carolina, who started my theatre career back in high school where I first discovered Stage Management as an ASM on a musical. Since then I have discovered a love for touring, and have worked on everything from A small TYA tour with just me and 6 actors, up to Broadway touring productions. I enjoy learning new things and have worked in many aspects of technical theatre, from lighting design and electrics, basic stitching and puppetry, scenic painting and construction, projections, and Production Management.
I enjoy cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment that lets everyone focus their creative energy towards the final product, and I take pride in being the calmest person in the room. My love for stage management comes from watching the incredible artists around me thrive, and producing something the entire team can be proud of. I am a problem solver under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude to see the best in tough situations. My varied experience backstage helps to communicate efficiently with actors, crew members, directors, designers, and administrators alike to make the most of every day.

I am also happy to be silly on occasion…
